As you will likely find, if you haven't already visited St. John, it has a magical allure to it that is indescribable. The people, the gentle ocean breezes, the lush hillsides and the pure serenity that comes with this little island are unlike any place we had been before.
St. John is 3/4 National Park - we are surrounded with stunning park beaches, hiking trails and natural, untouched beauty. Life in St. John is a little slower, and a little more laid back than in other places and we like it that way! To get to St. John, one must fly into St. Thomas (STT), catch a taxi or ride from the airport to Redhook and take a ferry to Cruz Bay, St. John. The trip is worth it and you will quickly realize that this is the reason St. John is so pristine and special! We have no food chains or stop lights. All the restaurants, shops and businesses are locally owned and operated.
